I am a Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts and New York, and have worked in private group practices in northern New Jersey and Massachusetts since 2009. My training has prepared me to serve individuals across the lifespan, and I’ve provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples, as well as group therapy to children and teenagers.
Prior to private practice, I served as the Associate Regional Clinical Director at LifeStance Health, a national behavioral health practice with a large presence in Massachusetts. There I provided supervision, clinical training, and support to behavioral health clinicians, as well as direct care to children, adolescents, and adults. Prior to my job at LifeStance, I was Assistant Director at Psychological Care Associates, p.c., a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice in Massachusetts. I have also been a Staff Psychologist at Short Hills Associates in Clinical Psychology in New Jersey where I provided individual therapy, ran social skills groups for children, and launched a “Teen Talk” group therapy program.
I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, and completed all of my clinical training in New York City, including the Manhattan and Brooklyn Campuses of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System, The North Central Bronx Hospital, and Baruch College of the City University of New York.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Harvard School of Public Health’s Department of Maternal and Child Health, and as a Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Pediatric Psychopharmacology Unit. I am also a graduate of Vassar College.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my husband and teenagers.
